Positioner and Pneumatic Actuator Replacement Case for Refrigerator Production Line

A refrigerator production line required vacuum control for refrigerator inner liner manufacturing.

The original positioner used in the vacuum control system had been discontinued, while the existing valve body was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced.

To avoid unnecessary valve body replacement, the customer needed a practical replacement solution using a new valve positioner together with a pneumatic actuator as a complete assembly.

The replacement solution restored the vacuum control function without replacing the existing valve body.

By supplying the smart valve positioner together with the pneumatic actuator as a complete assembly, POWERFLOW helped the customer reduce unnecessary valve replacement cost and maintain production continuity.

Since installation in August 2020, the solution has supported the vacuum control system for refrigerator inner liner production, with the line producing around 5,000 units per day.
