Exhibition Highlight — New IP7000 Non-Contact Positioner
One of the major highlights at OPES 2026 will be the debut of our new IP7000 non-contact positioner solution.
Unlike traditional hard-linkage feedback structures, conventional mechanical linkages and contact-type potentiometers used for valve stem position feedback are often affected by long-term wear, corrosion, and vibration during operation. Once these feedback components are damaged, the position feedback may fail, resulting in unstable operation or even loss of control.
The new IP7000 adopts a linkage-free and non-contact feedback technology, which helps eliminate problems related to moving mechanical parts, including wear, loosening, corrosion, and vibration damage.
This non-contact feedback technology works by using an internal Hall sensor to detect different magnetic field strengths from the magnetic strip at different positions, allowing the positioner to accurately determine valve position through voltage signal changes. At the same time, the magnetic strip itself is highly resistant to environmental influences such as temperature variation, impact, and aging, providing excellent long-term reliability.
In addition, the IP7000 is designed with strong compatibility for most mainstream valve systems on the market, making installation and commissioning simpler and more convenient for retrofit and replacement projects.
